I got the kids up and out of the house today at 9am and we headed to the YMCA so I could get a morning workout in. At 10:30, we headed to Sea Star for swim lessons.
Nathan's swim class is first. He is doing so good. He is almost doing it by himself. He does his reachers and kicks his legs and is almost coming up for a breath!
Here is Jess. She is in a class with younger kids this time. She still gets the one on one with the teacher but she out swims the boys. She will be on the other end of the pool before they make it half way. Her teacher already gave her the ok to move up to little flippers and she is soooo excited. Little Flippers is the beginning of transitioning into swim team stuff.
Then after lessons, we ate our lunch on the run and headed back to the YMCA to swim at the pool. We have swam there the last two days and it is great! They have a nice pool outside with water sprayers and a big dump thing in the middle. And when the kids get cold we go inside to the indoor pool and it is a lot warmer and they play in there.
Then we headed home.
This is the picture from yesterday, but Nathan did the same thing today. He passed out in the car on the way home. We wore him out! Yesterday he slept till 6:30pm and tonight he slept till about 5:30.
Then we made a quesadilla fajita for dinner that was very tasty! And took a ride in daddy's truck to pick up some pictures.
Then we had a little puzzle time before bed.
Franklin, the farm and construction puzzles. This is the first time Nathan has shown any interested in working puzzles so I was so excited!
