All Star Photshoot!

Ladybug made the All-Star team this year.  We were so excited for her.  Since our team won the championship for the season, our coach got to coach one of the All-Star teams.

There are 3-4 days of practice and then we play two games.  We got almost all of the first game in.  In the bottom of the 6th inning, the lightening detector went off and they had to call the game.  So if you revert back to the end of the fifth inning, we were tied.  Both teams played great and did a great job.  The second game got rained out - like thunder, lightening and downpour rain.  We tried two days in a row but didn't get to play the second game.  Bummer, but it was a fantastic season.

Here is a little imprompto photoshoot we did before the second game that we ended up not playing.  We did try, both teams waited the thunder and lightening out for an hour and a half but it just wasn't going to happen.

Day 4 of soccer camp!

Yes! I am out of order!  Who knows what pictures you will get or when now a days.

The kids had their first soccer camp this week.  Day 4 they all wore their shirts for the group picture.  Camp was 9am-11am but boy was it hot!

Cousins have been here all week and we have had so much fun!

Love this picture!  I don't know what he is pointing at.
 Love this one too!
My little goalie.  She had a great time at goalie.

Ok, so sometimes it is scary when the ball is coming at me.

Batman after camp enjoying a cool treat.

And I had the privilege of taking the team pictures!  Our subdivision brought in two professional teams to run the camp.  The girls had the Challenge Soccer Club and the Boys had the Texans Soccer Club training them.  It was great because the kids all got some fantastic training!

Armed and ready for anything

That's my man back in early May.

Last Day of School

Here are a few shots from the last day of school for the kids.

Last day of Kindergarten and Second grade.
Getting on the bus.  Nothing was allowed to come to school today, no backpack or lunch boxes.
Teacher gifts are ready to go!
Ladybugs teacher was reading when we got there.
Don't get me started on the parties at the school.  Ok...just a little. Every class in the entire school is "required" to bring the same items. Tablecloths, sprite, water, goldfish, raisins, lollipops and smarties.  So that is the party.  And every class is required to play the same game. Yep.  They tell you what  1 game you are allowed play.  It truly makes for boring parties around here.
Batman giving his teacher a gift.
 Her favorite ... Kit Kat.
 His party food.
 Ladybugs party food.
 Ladybugs teacher.
 And a friend.
 The game.
 Batman and his teacher.
And guess what!! Ladybug's teacher is moving to first grade!  So Batman has her next year!  We were so excited.  Batman had to go say hi to his new teacher.
