One last outing!

As summer break comes to a close, pools, parks and activities change hours to reflect the kids being in school. Tuesday was the last day of summer hours at Russel Sims in Kentucky and it was actually the first day of school in Bowling Green. So since the kids were back at school, the pool was much much less crowded and a perfect day to bring the little ones. Not to mention the high temperatures, heat indexes and excessive heat warnings being issued!

The kids heading up the slide! I am so proud of Batman and his swimming accomplishments over the summer. He bravely marched up the slide with Ladybug and with no fear slid down and swam all by himself to the side and declared, "Let's do that again!"

Ladybug and her friend. Her and Hunter were completely engrossed most of the time. Between swimming the boats over most of the entire pool and spending at least an hour diving for a quarter they found. They had a great time.
