Day at Sea.
Slept in again and then headed to breakfast. Kids went to camp for about an hour while we went and sat on deck and read for a few minutes. Then we picked them up and went to water wars on the 11th deck.
Water wars are two stands that they have set up with water balloon launchers. There were three families there and we took turns launching water balloons at each other. It was way too much fun. Tracy and Mark even got in some turns as well. We played till they took the water balloons away from us and then headed to lunch.
Kids faces from the morning camp carnival.
Yep food again but today they had the chocolate bar set up. So after eating we hit the chocolate bar. They had some pretty good things on there. We loaded up but were not able to eat it all.
Then we split up for awhile. Jessica and I went swimming and Chris took Nathan back to the room for a short nap. The pools were pretty full today but we swam for awhile and then we had to get back to the room because Jessica entered the talent show for the kids club and they had to be in the international lounge at 4pm.
So I got her showered and dressed in her cute orange outfit with of course a bow and we headed over there. It was very cute. She sang her ABC’s the super why way. But she changed the up the end and said don’t forget Z but then she forgot to sing the letter Y. Way too funny. But she is a natural. She went right up on stage and took the microphone and sang to her audience. Then her friend Derrick, danced for us. Way too cute! They look way too sweet together! Then all of the 3-5 year olds got up and sang the A tude ta song. Nathan would not go. He was being shy. Then there were a couple of performances from the older kids group. And then they all got pictures taken with Freddy – the mascot!
Here and her friend Derrick.

A really scary pic of Freddy that one of the kids took!
Jessica doing her ABC's
This were the kids in the 3-5 that wanted to do a group act. lol.
These two are from the whole kids club who participated.
Off to get ready for dinner. I gave the kids a choice and they once again chose to go to the kids club to eat. Jessica says that she wants to eat with us tomorrow night but I keep explaining to her that it will not hurt my feelings if she goes to eat with the kids. So we will see.
Dinner tonight was chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce. Lovely. Then we had the melting cake again.
Then the adults played Nertz till 10:30. We went ahead and left the kids in a little late tonight and had to pay a little bit but they were having a party and when we picked them up they had a magician that was performing.
Our waiters dancing for us
Actually read a little of my book tonight. Of course I had to go back and reread what I read earlier in the week to restart the book because I couldn’t remember how it started. There has been little time this week to read, or just sit out on deck. We haven’t done many of the ships activies either. We have just kept busy. We also haven’t attended any of the evening shows. That was something that we have always done before but we haven’t seen any this week. Nothing looked really great. Playing cards and games has been much more fun.
Bahamas tomorrow.
