Here she is getting ready to get on the bus in the morning.
Friday is also garbage day and recycle day. Well, we actually have two days. Friday and Tuesday. Batman loves to watch the garbage truck. So here he is waiting for it to come down the street.
We have what they call "curb side" service. So after they empty the garbage, they actually bring your garbage can back up to the front of the house. So the guys are racing down the street running garbage cans every where.Then we actually had a little drama because the recycle truck actually broke down in front of our house. As it came down our street it started making a terrible banging noise. So we got to watch that for a few minutes.
Then after school on Friday Ladybug showed us that her first loose tooth was just barely hanging on. So daddy asked her if she wanted him to pull it out. She immediately said yes. (huh!)
So out comes the pliers and she opened wide and was ready!
Well we tried and tried but he could not wiggle it out.Then on Saturday she was outside playing and came running in the house and said a girl down the street pulled her tooth out! What! Someone else pulled your tooth out! I was completely bummed but she was so matter of fact that the girl asked her if she wanted it out and she said yes so she did!
Big ole hole in the mouth!She was sooo excited and showed everyone that came over that day her tooth in her little box. I didn't think she would go to sleep last night because she kept pulling the box out from under her pillow and looking at it.
But sleep finally came and the tooth fairy came and left her three whole dollars and she was so excited when she woke up. She declared that her tooth was in fairy land!
Exciting weekend with grandma arriveing late on Saturday night and a great start to our spring break week!
