It was fun while it lasted.....

Our neighbors had this car in their garage that has been sitting there for six years not working. So Chris got ahold of it and fixed it up. He replaced the batteries and a couple of other things. He doubled the battery size so it would go faster.
Well it was definetly fast! Out came the big helmet for this. Batman is really the only one small enough to fit in the car so he tried it first. He was a crazy driver. But soon figured out the first and second gear which zoomed him down the street.
He needed a pep talk on how to not drive over the curbs and grass!
But he was lovin it!

And of course Ladybug had a try.

But unfortunately, Ladybug did it in. The big kids were just too heavy for the car and they actually stripped the gears in the thing.

So my sad little boy (my husband) who though it was so cool is now redesigning it in his head and going to change the gears to a band system or something. He can fix anything so I have no doubt that he will get it working again!
