Finished product. Very cute. It is a car that can rotate and turn into a robot.
Then we headed to softball practice. It was pretty cold and Ladybug told the coach that her hands were as cold as ice! But after everyone left, we got some gloves on and another sweatshirt and practice fielding and throwing balls and she did great.

A little finger paining on the afternoon agenda.

And a little stamping.
A few games of connect four.
A 15 minute fly lady declutter the living room (more to come on this topic if I can make it work for me!)
Then a delicious frozen pizza which I will have to remember what brand so I can buy it again (of course I am swearing off bad things to eat come Monday again lol.)
Then ice cream (trying to clean out the freezer of bad things lol).
We each got 20 chocolate chips on top because that is how many letters Batman could identify
Well he actually named 19 and I threw one more in for good measure. See I have to bribe my son to get him to work on his letters, but what ever works right!
Then a little movie action all curled up in the bed. Ariels beginning.
I finished my no sew blanket that I started at MOPS while watching the movie and I also finished logging all of the box tops from school, deadline to send them in is on Monday. (Did I mention I might be the new box tops lady?)
And I even had some time to blog, as you can see from the next several posts! As I look at this, I had a great day.
When I sat down to write this, I had actually had a pretty tough day with my son. He just refuses to listen. He had several spankens, I almost left him at the ball field because he wouldn't get in the car, he spent at LEAST 20 collective minutes in time out. I probably did a little too much yelling and repeating LISTEN! and OBEY!
But as my night ended, I sat with my daughter and we prayed together for friends and family and patience and listening. We sat and talked before she fell asleep and both kids are here sleeping on the couches very peaceful. I am very thankful and very blessed.

We enjoyed the Lowes project yesterday as well. It was our first time - I assured Michael that not all projects were that complex. . . ha! I went to take pics, but I think it will be a daddy/son date from now on :)
