When you arrive, you sign up and they give you a pre-done kit that includes instructions, all the parts, pre-drilled holes in your wood and the nails you need. They have hammers on the table and safety glass that are kid sized. Then on your first visit, they give you an apron that is yours to keep! They give you a name tag to put in your apron and at the end, you get a certificate for what you completed and a patch that you sew on your apron that has the name of the project that you did! So cool.

A friend called and asked if we wanted to join them. Daddy was going to be home and he said he was interested and I thought it would be easier because he could help one kid and I could help the other. So we said yes and I am so glad we did.

Batman loves to hit anything, and this was perfect for him!

Ladybug jumped right in and loved it.

One of Ladybugs sweeties.

Daddy helped Nathan and I think they had a good time together.

There were lots of nails to hammer, and they never tired of hitting the nails!

They ended up on the floor to complete theirs!

I helped Ladybug, but she really did most of it her self.

Yep. Batman refused to smile!

Completed project, Batman is testing his out.

Baby J wanted his picture taken but Batman would not get in with them .

Itsn't Baby J cute! He just listed to all the hammering going on and watched everything.

Completed projects. It was very cool It was called #48 garage and the doors swing open and there was a car included in the kit. There were also stickers to decorate it to look like a garage.

Batman wanted to help with the filter we needed. So he was being silly!

Daddy is demonstrating how the doors to the garage open and close.
I am very impressed with Lowes and all they offerend and the fact that is was all free. They do a project every two weeks. There will be one next week as well but not to following week because of the holiday. Next week is a snowman, that looks like it may hold a picture or something and on December 5th, they are doing a gingerbread house. They are already marked on my calendar!
