Why I mention all that is because we were supposed to meet up at 9:30 on Monday to enjoy the creek with our friends. Well, we didn't get up till 9am! So we were a little late but none the less had an enjoyable time once we got there.
This time we took our bikes to ride on the greenway. Let me tell you, it was much faster than walking it, especially with tired kids at the end of the playtime!
Not sure what they were catching her but the were all determined, cup in hand to catch something swimming in the water!

Sweet boy with Ladybug. The kids just don't understand the "time" thing about moving and they feel that each time we see each other will be the last. H came up to Ladybug at the end, entirely on his own, and gave her the sweetest hug and told her he would miss her.

Fun creek play day. Great idea. Course they ended up riding bikes on the greenway after someone declared they saw a snake! But we had had several hours of water by that time.
