Fall brings field trips

Friday was field trip day to Honeysuckle Hill.

I have found that field trips are not really what they are cracked up to be but this one I thought was pretty fun and moved well.

All the kindergarten classes lined up.

Our class didn't fit on the hayride so we played corn hole while we waited for the next one.

Our red shirts lined up.

Ladybug and two friends.

And again on the hayride.

Getting their directions for the hole punch corn maze.

Ladybug and her partner for the day.

Ladybug and Allie. I think these girls are together a lot.

The class listening to the learning portion. They learned how honey bees pollinate the pumpkins so that they can grow.

Looking at the baby chicks.

The pigs! I don't know what they are doing but they had their snouts in the dirt the whole time.

And if you can notice, hidden in this picture is a frog that was getting kicked around by the pigs. Pour frog couldn't get away.

Had to milk the cow.

Liked the bathroom sign.

Ladybug and her sweet friend.

And the girls!

I love the fact that I can stay home and go on field trips. And thanks so much to my friend who watched Batman for me. He had a great time on his special day.

The corn popper was a new attraction for us. It was a huge inflatable

Another friend from Kindergarten who is in another class this year. These three hung out together last year.

Lovely!

We had a good day. Had a nice ride to the farm with a friend I don't see much anymore and a little fun a with the phone navigator that took us the wrong direction. Then we had a nice evening playing with another friend and eating pizza.
