Angry birds!

Who am I kidding. May is madness, about 10 birthdays, an anniversary, softball and baseball parties, end of school, more parties etc, etc, etc. So Jump in where you are right! Plus I am missing my blogging!

So today I am at home with both of my kids. Our first day of summer vacation. Who Who! I am also at home because I have no car since my transmission decided to go out on me. Boo hoo.

So to start things off right I saw a cute post about an angry birds activity and thought it would be fun!

First we filled about 20 water balloons.
Then we used a sharpie to put angry bird faces on them. Ladybug loved this part.

Grandma made one with chicken pox. He was really angry.




Then we took chalk and drew the pigs all over the street.
Batman is standing on the pigs. Hard to see in the picture.
Then we had one person throwing the water ballons....
While the other was the "cleanup crew". The clean up crew had to sacrifice and get wet and clean up the balloon rements after they popped.

Then they would switch.
Then I decided I wanted to play too.

And grandma wanted to play.
Then, since some of them were actually hard to pop, grandma helped them along by popping them on the kids heads.
But you know the saying about payback! Batman got her back.
And everyone is wet on this very hot day. The street was almost dry by the time we got done it is so warm outside.
